The Gabo Foundation and the Cartagena Hay Festival are accepting candidates for the Michael Jacobs Grants.

The grant will award US$10,000 for a book project or travel article about Latin America or Spain, to be published in Spanish or English.

The jury will consider the narrative quality and journalistic depth of the projects when selecting the winner.

The official announcement of the winner will be made at the Hay Festival Cartagena de Indias 2025, taking place from 30 January to 2 February 2025.
