Share your stories with the IARJ

From the Executive Director:
This is a time of great excitement and momentum for the International Association of Religion Journalists. About 40 journalists from Kenya and its surrounding countries, as well as six international members, met recently for a three-day conference in Nairobi to discuss and debate religion reporting in Africa.
For a full report of the meetings, check out Prince Charles Dickson’s excellent summary and analysis on the IARJ website.
We came away renewed, inspired and determined to stay connected to each other and share the stories of faith on the continent. We want to hear how religion touches politics, institutions, culture, and the economy for millions of Africans.
Since then, we’ve received a few articles written by participants and it led us to realize what a great resource this would be for all IARJ members, not just Africans. So here’s the ask to everyone: Send a link to your stories covering religion in any aspect to [email protected].
We would like to post these links on our website and share them on our social media platforms to give our readers and members a chance to see the diverse ways journalists in different parts of the world cover the same issues. We want to celebrate the work you do and make it broadly available – as well as bring more attention (and, frankly, clicks) to great religion journalism.
We look forward to reading your stories on faith and religion.
Together we can make a difference.
