Call for entries: 2026 Wilbur Awards
The Religion Communicators Council welcomes individuals, groups, and organizations working in the secular (non-religious) media to participate in the 2026 Wilbur Awards, which are presented annually to recognize excellence in the communication of religious issues, values, and themes in public secular media.
The Wilbur Awards includes several categories: Audio (podcast, radio), Audio-Visual (film, television, and social media), Images (illustration and photography), and Written (books, magazines, and newspapers).
Each entry must have been broadcast or published through a non-religious medium of general circulation. Its first broadcast or publication must have been in 2025. Entries will be accepted in any language (with English translations provided).
The award will be presented on April 17, in Cincinnati, during the RCC’s annual convention, “Coming Together, Charting Our Course.”
